Evelyn founded Oranges & Lemons in 1994 after a career in Public Relations. He has been involved in the world of hi-fi for many years, sitting on listening panels and writing equipment reviews. More recently he has served on the board of the British Audio Visual Dealers Association (BADA). Evelyn has overall responsibility for the company, and its vision for the future. Evelyn loves his classical music collection and is embracing the 21st century digital world through his NAIM/LINN system. Evelyn is a keen athlete and is often seen competing in local charity runs.

Director, Manager, Pink Floyd Nut, Snooker Player

David has been involved with Oranges & Lemons since 1995, initially on a part time basis. In 2003 he left his career in Investment Banking to become a full time member of the team and has responsibility for the day to day management, direction and promotion of the business. David is a big Pink Floyd fan and has an astonishing collection of music and memorabilia. David can share knowledge of how ‘The Wall’ sounds streamed digitally via the latest room correction technology through his awesome Anthem Statement Surround Sound System and Neat Ultimatums speakers, or indeed the best way to make a 147 snooker break!

Oranges & Lemons is currently looking to add to the team!

The role is multi-faceted, requiring some installation and retail experience. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of setting up and installing hi-fi and home cinema and an enthusiasm to learn. A knowledge of computer networks and multi-room systems would be an advantage. You will be responsible and professional, have the confidence to work unsupervised, assist customers in store and contribute to the team positively.

Asa joined the team in April 2008 following his position as European Distributor Account manager with Armour Electronics, and after being recognised as the Top Sales Advisor at Harrods Sound and Vision. Asa has a Masters in Fine art so has a keen eye for Design and has Project Managed the Design and Implementation of our website and all our advertising and publications. He also has more than 10 years experience in the distribution, retail and installation sides of the AV industry so is well equipped to advise and install your next system. When he isn’t putting the latest kit through its paces in store, he is at home, bourbon in hand, listening to 60's Jazz on his PMC and Rega system and dreaming about motorcycles.
